The framework scaled. The alignment did not.

One team can follow the method perfectly. Repeat it across departments, locations and management layers and the meetings multiply faster than the decisions. The obvious answer is another framework or tool. The real blockers are the handovers: unclear ownership, weak management involvement, hidden dependencies and information that reaches the next level too late. Scale the shared process, transparency and decision rhythm — then choose the tool that makes them visible.

Do not scale the ceremony. Scale the ability to decide together.
