Back to ThinkingConcept 13 · The persona
The profile was detailed. The decision was still invisible.
Use this — working toolPersona decision map ↓A B2B persona described a job title, company size and a few generic frustrations. It looked complete, but nobody could use it to change the offer, message or sales route. A useful persona maps a decision: what triggers the search, what the buyer needs to achieve, the early signals, who supports the change, what blocks it, what proof reduces the risk and where the buyer goes for help.
A persona is not a portrait. It is a decision map.
