A B2B plan reported emails sent, webinars held and leads passed to sales. It read like progress, so the proposed fix was more activity. But nothing in it showed whether the buyer had recognised the need, trusted the risk or obtained internal approval — the points where the decision can stop. Each stage needs its own evidence of change in the buyer.
Name the change in the buyer, not the task in the plan.
